The Tendency Quiz
The tendency quiz breaks people up into four categories on how you meet expectations, whether you meet inner and outer expectations only inner expectations which is Amy, outer expectations only or none at all.
- Inner – The questioner (Amy)
- If someone came to you with an idea of what you should do, someone with an Inner Expectation would immediately resist because it doesn’t meet their expectations
- Outer – The Obliger

Has a need for an accountability partner, they need to meet with a trainer, they can’t meet their own expectations, they need someone else to hold them accountable.

- Upholder – Both the questioner and the obligor
- Rebel – None of the above
